Your account
You need an account to build an app. You must give accurate details about yourself and your business and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by staff you give access to.
What you own
- Your business name, logo, photos, text, prices and other content you add.
- Your app's store listings, which are published under your own developer accounts.
- Your customer list, orders and bookings.
You give us permission to host, display and process this content only as needed to build, run and publish your app. The builder, its blocks, templates and software remain ours.
AI drafts
The AI App Designer suggests pages, text, colours and blocks based on your brief. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You must review every page, price and photo before publishing, and you are responsible for what your published app says.
Publishing to app stores
Apps are published under your own Google Play and App Store developer accounts. Store registration and membership fees are paid by you directly to the stores. Store review times and decisions are made by the stores, not by us. We help you prepare and submit, and we help fix issues if an app is rejected.
Payments in your app
Payments are processed by regulated payment gateways under your own gateway account and their terms. We do not hold your customers' money and do not take a share of your sales.
Push notices
You may send push notices only to users who allowed notifications and only about your business. Notices must not be misleading, abusive or unlawful, and must follow the stores' notification policies.
Acceptable use
Your app must follow Google Play and App Store policies and the law. Misleading, prohibited or harmful apps are not supported. The full list is in our Acceptable Use policy.
Plans and billing
- Building and previewing an app is free.
- Publishing needs a paid plan, priced per app per month or per year.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Upgrades take effect at once. Downgrades take effect from the next billing date.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
If a plan ends
If your plan ends, your listing stays in your store account but your app's content, modules and push notices stop updating. You can export your customer list, orders and bookings for 60 days after the plan ends.
Service availability
We work to keep the builder and your apps running at all times, but planned maintenance and events outside our control can cause interruptions. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we can.
Suspension
We may suspend an app or account that breaks these terms, puts users at risk or is asked to be removed by a store or authority. Where possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will tell you about important changes by email before they apply.
