Two kinds of data
Owner data is information about you and your business that you give us when you sign up, build and publish: your name, email, business name, town, logo, photos, prices, payment gateway details and billing records.
App user data is information your customers share inside your app: names, contact details, orders, bookings, loyalty points and notification preferences. We process this data on your behalf. Your business decides why it is collected and remains its owner.
What we use owner data for
- Creating your builder login and sending your account details.
- Generating app drafts with the AI App Designer from the brief you write.
- Building, hosting and publishing your app and its web version.
- Billing, invoices and replying to your support messages.
- Sending service notices about your account, such as store review results.
Your brief and business content are used to build your app. They are not used to train models that serve other businesses.
What we do with app user data
- Store it so your app can show orders, bookings, points and saved details.
- Show it to you in your owner dashboard and in App Analytics.
- Deliver push notices only to users who allowed notifications on their device.
- Let you export or delete it at any time.
We never sell app user data, never send our own marketing to your customers and never share your customer list with other businesses on the platform.
Payments
Payments in your app are handled by regulated payment gateways connected to your own gateway account. Card and UPI details are entered on the gateway's secure screens. We receive only the order status and amount, not full card numbers.
Push notifications
Your app asks users for permission before sending notifications. Users can turn notifications off from inside the app or from their phone settings at any time. The device token used to deliver notices is stored only for that purpose.
App store listings
Your app is published under your own Google Play and App Store developer accounts. We help you fill in the stores' data safety and privacy forms based on the blocks your app uses. You are responsible for keeping those answers accurate when you change your app.
How data is protected
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access by our staff is limited to support and maintenance, and is logged.
- Owner accounts are protected by password and optional two-step sign-in.
- Backups are encrypted and kept for a limited period.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, push notification delivery and payment processing. They may process data only to provide their service to us and under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep data
Owner data is kept while your account is active and for a short period after closure so that billing and legal records can be completed. App user data is kept until you delete it or close your app, after which it is removed from live systems and then from backups as they expire.
Your choices
- See, correct or download your owner data from your account.
- Export or delete your app user data from your dashboard.
- Ask us to close your account and remove your data.
App users who want to see or delete their data should contact the business that owns the app. We will help that business respond.
